Procedures

The following outlines the process for setting up a videoconference with a remote location.
*If you wish a multipoint meeting, please contact us.

1.Check the status of available rooms

A small and a large rooms are available depending on the number of your group.

*Reservations should be confirmed 3 business days before the conference.

2.Read User Policy

Please read the "User Policy".

3.Fill in the worksheet and e-mail us or fax

The worksheet is necessary in order to hold your conference with your partner effectively.
Please submit it to avoid any potential problems.

4.Confirm your reservation

Your reservation is accepted formally when you have received our confirmation by fax or e-mail.

5.Test call

We test for the connection in order to avoid any problems before conference date.
Please appoint a date and time for the test call

6.On the day of your conference

The conference room is available 15 minuets in advance of your reservation time.
Smoking is prohibited in conferencing rooms.
Your cooperation is appreciated.

7.Payment

An invoice is mailed you after the conference.
In the case of the payment from the overseas we request an additional bank charge of 4,000 yen.
