Avaya SCOPIA Desktopが動作するPCのスペックを教えてください

Scopia Desktopをインストールをして運用しているのですが一部パソコンで会議に参加すると「Scopia Desktopを読み込んでいます。しばらくお待ち下さい」の画面から先に進まずフリーズした状態になっています。
Scopia Desktopが動作する最低スペックを教えてください。

メーカーが推奨するPC要件は以下の通りです。(2017年5月現在)
